Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Silicon Valley Group 80036A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sygnetron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sygnetron such as the 11D30411D304MB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TA7033N1TA7033N1 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SVX001A14A1B1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Syswork Brand LV32BLDC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taiyo such as 9CYLINDER9363076A equipment made by Taiyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taiyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taiyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XPG880MK325 made by System-Plast as well as the popular SP400G original spares produced by Syntest-Corporation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASO20D52800AS020D52800 by Sygnetron and 9CYLINDER9363076A spares by Taiyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVX075A14A1N1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
